Overview
This role is responsible for facilitating the recruitment process from talent acquisition to the initial steps of onboarding for 360 Yield Center and affiliated companies. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and proactively source qualified candidates to fill a wide variety of positions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys building relationships through networking and excels at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Manage and facilitate the front-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements and hiring timelines
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Post job advertisements that correctly reflect the role and job requirements
- Provide updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline status
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates to provide application updates and answer questions
- Maintain organized records of candidates and recruitment activities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create offer letters and negotiations
- Contact candidates to facilitate post-offer employment screenings and review results
- Create and update internal job descriptions as needed
- Maintain compliance with all employment laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of talent acquisition, communication, sales or similar experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers
- Excellent writing skills to create job postings, draft job descriptions and ensure all written materials are accurate
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internet-based recruiting tools
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
Compensation
Salary range: $70,000 - $130,000
Compensation may vary based on factors unique to the applicant including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge, and specialized skills.
